The Meghalaya Lawn Bowling Association of Meghalaya has congratulated Khrawbok Tongper who was selected as the technical official by the Bowling Federation of India for the National Games 2023 held in Goa.
Tongper had represented the state at the 8th National Lawn Bowls Championship 2023 held during September in Guwahati.
The association in a press release today said it is hopeful that the game will receive recognition in the state and call on the government to support players who will represent the state at the 39th National Games to be hosted by Meghalaya in 2025 or 2026.
