Shillong, Aug 26: The 41st Meghalaya State Badminton Championship 2026 was officially inaugurated today at Nongstoin with the Deputy Commissioner as the chief guest at the opening ceremony.
The championship has brought together badminton players from across the state, with participation from 11 districts.
There are 245 shuttlers who will be competing across 363 matches in 22 events across the four days of competition.
The tournament will conclude on August 29.
