Apropos to the letter dated October 23 ,2025 under the caption, (Unjustifiable Decision?) by JK Diengdoh, I as a job aspirant find this write up as a brazen affirmation of nepotism and mediocracy in public service that has crept in the system for decades. The writer vindicates his gobbledygook arguments which are unfounded that undermine the indefatigable efforts of job aspirants and champion the cause of illegal appointments.
The government has taken the right initiative by prohibiting Ad hoc appointments irrespective of age of appointment and advertise the Ad hoc appointment, by mandated authority viz MPSC , DSC etc, this in turn will create vacancy of post to be filled by job aspirants/ seekers.
I hope such writers refrained from writing absurd arguments with deceptive facts justifying void appointments.
