The North Garo Hills District Administration has warned families of those tested positive for Covid-19 in Mendi Bazaar who does not voluntarily come out for medical screening that their house and compounds will have to be notified as containment zone for at least 10 days.
In a notification today, the administration said, “If they come out voluntarily for medical screening now, it will not be necessary to declare their houses as containment zone. Therefore, all are requested to cooperate with the District Administration, Police and medical team so that some individual families need not be notified as containment zone.”
