The Deputy Commissioner (Excise) of East Khasi Hills has declared a dry day in the district on December 25 on account of Christmas.
All bonded warehouses, liquor shops, IMFL shops, homemade wine licensees, wine and beer licensees, home delivery licensees, canteens and outsills must remain closed on that day.
