A dead body of an unidentified individual was found in a jungle area at Boucher road in the city on Christmas Day.
Police said the man aged between 25-30 years is 5 feet tall, fair and thin.
After an inquest and other formalities, the body has been kept at the Shillong Civil Hospital morgue for identification and claim.
