Meghalaya recorded three new cases of Covid-19 today along with two recoveries and no fatalities. Active cases in the state now stand at 60.
There was one new infection recorded in East Khasi Hills, Ri-Bhoi and West Garo Hills.
East Khasi Hills and East Garo Hills also accounted for one recovery each.
There are now 60 active Covid-19 cases in the state. East Khasi Hills alone accounts for 44 active cases, West Garo Hills seven, Ri-Bhoi four, East Jaiñtia Hills three, East Garo Hills one, North Garo Hills one, South West Khasi Hills zero, South Garo Hills zero, South West Garo Hills zero, West Jaiñtia Hills zero and West Khasi Hills zero.
In all, Meghalaya has had 84,802 Covid-19 cases, of which 60 are active, 83,259 have recovered and 1,483 have died from the virus.
