Shillong, Jul 30: One person was arrested with drugs from Rhino Point in the city today, the State ANTF said.
Acting on a tip-off, a vehicle bearing registration number ML05AE0593 was intercepted driven by the person identified as Wanphrangki Ranee (30) a resident of Pohkseh at around 9 pm.
“During search one soap case of contraband (heroin) weighing 9.74 grams was recovered,” ANTF SP Giri Prasad said.
The accused person has been detained and a case under the NDPS has been registered.
