The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy to moderate rainfall in Meghalaya over the next few days.
According to the IMD, intermittent rain with isolated thunderstorms will occur across Meghalaya till April 17.
On April 16, isolated thunderstorms accompanied by gusty winds reaching speeds of 30-40 km per hour are anticipated.
Further, on April 17, heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds with speeds of 30-40 km per hour are likely to lash the State.
