There were three new Covid-19 cases recorded in Meghalaya today, along with two recoveries and no fatalities.
West Garo Hills accounted for two of the new cases and East Khasi Hills one. The two districts have one recovery each.
There are a total of 18 active cases in the state – WGH 11, East Khasi Hills five and WJH two. Four people are hospitalised with the disease – three in EKH and one in WJH.
In all, Meghalaya has had 96, 848 Covid-19 cases, out of which 95, 204 have recovered and 1,626 have died.
