The Meghalaya Bharat Scouts & Guides, West Jaiñtia Hills hosted a seminar on the theme “My Rights and Me as A Leader” at Thomas Jones Synod College, Jowai yesterday.
Guide captains, rangers from different schools, that included St. Mary Mazzarello HSS, Jowai, Seiñraij SS, Jowai, Little Angels School, Moosalyngkat, Jingshai Mihngi Adventist School, Mihmyntdu, Achiever Secondary School, Ummulong, Lissi Pearls School, Mukhla and Thomas Jones Synod College attended the seminar, who were encouraged to know their rights and deliver their responsibilities effectively.
Assistant Organising Commissioner Guides Dolly Lamare, Catherine Nongkseh, STC & SOC Guides, Dashimti Kharkongor ASOC-Guides and Shimtilang Kharbuli State Project Coordinator, State Headquarter, Shillong, Lamisaka Lytan, Vice Principal of the college and W. Lyngdoh State Secretary MBS&G, State Headquarter Shillong attended the seminar.
Rosie Bang, District Organising Commissioner Guides and Shimti Nongtdu (Ranger) were the resource persons at the seminar.
