The Deputy Commissioner (Excise) of East Khasi Hills and South West Khasi Hills District has declared dry day in the entire district on January 26 on account of Republic Day.
All liquor shops IMFL shops/Bars/Hotels/C.A. Bars /C.S. Shops and out still stalls will remain closed. Violators will be punished as per Excise Rules and Acts.
