The Shella area unit of the Hynñiewtrep Youths Council (HYC) has raised a protest over the functioning of UCO Bank’s Shella branch.
The pressure group today said that it has received several complaints from customers about the bank’s supposed failure in providing an adequate service as the branch lacks ATM facilities, the passbook updating machine has been non-functional for three months and problems with electricity supply hamper the smooth running of the branch.
