Two new cases of Covid-19 were recorded in Meghalaya today, along with three recoveries and no fatalities.
One infection was in East Khasi Hills and the other in Ri-Bhoi. All three recoveries were in East Khasi Hills.
There are now nine active Covid-19 cases in the state – seven in Ri-Bhoi, one in East Khasi Hills and one in West Garo Hills.
In all, Meghalaya has had 93,809 Covid-19 cases, of which nine are active, 92,207 have recovered and 1,593 have died from the virus.
