In order to facilitate the movement of candidates appearing for the exams conducted by IIT Madras to be held on January 30 and the physical efficiency test for recruitment to the junior grade posts in the police on January 31 to February 4, the Deputy Commissioner of East Khasi Hills has issued a notification that the odd-even system for private vehicles in the district will not apply on the given dates.
Hall tickets/admit cards can be furnished as proof if required.
