East Jaiñtia Hills police arrested three persons accused of supplying drugs from Kongong, police said today.
The accused have been identified as Mintu Das, Vijay Kr Roy and Arvind Kumar. Police also seized 69.196 kg of marijuana from their possession.
All of them were travelling in a swift Maruti car carrying the illegal contraband. There arrest was made after a joint check was laid by the ANTF and staff of Ladrymbai outpost at Kongong.
Three mobile phones and the car were also seized.
