Deolangki Dkhar was elected as the waheh shnong of Wapungskur dorbar shnong for 2021-2023 at the general election of the village held at the office of the Dolloi of Elaka Jowai, Puramon Kynjing recently.
Other elected members of the dorbar shnong are Postling Dkhar (assistant waheh shnong), Di-imon Rymbai (general secretary), Andronikos Ryngkhlem (assistant general secretary), Nangbun Rymbai (finance secretary), Nikorme Siangshai (treasurer), Workingme Ryngkhlem (chairman), Iakmenlang Phawa (president VDP) Moonki Dkhar (president WSSWO), and Gratefulson Siangshai (secretary SMC (UP-HSSLC) and others besides 12 executive members.
