Young people, volunteers and community members took part to promote fitness, mental well-being and a drug-free lifestyle.
Participants also took the collective Nasha Mukt Yuva Sankalp pledging to stay away from substance abuse and to choose fitness and discipline in daily life. Awareness activities were held to encourage positive peer engagement.
The event was jointly organised by My Bharat Kendra Meghalaya, Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, Khelo India Centre, SAI, and NEHU Sports Department.
Officials said the campaign will continue every Sunday for 100 weeks to build a healthy and substance-free youth for Viksit Bharat.
