The Bridgeway Minds, a centre for emotional wellbeing and mental health, will organise summer workshops in two batches starting on June 24 for children aged 5 to 18.
Based in Madan Laban here, the organisation was founded in 2019 and believes that building a strong emotional foundation is essential for personal growth, resilience and lifelong wellbeing.
The Bridgeway Minds looks to make mental health accessible, creative and empowering. These workshops, under the theme ‘Happy Hearts & Happy Minds’, have been designed for children with a focus on emotional wellbeing, personal growth and communication skills.
The first batch will run from June 24 to 28, followed by a second from July 1 to 5.
The workshops aim to help young individuals express themselves, build inner confidence and develop lifelong tools for mental wellness.
Each session will be led by trained facilitators and mental health professionals who guide participants through hands-on activities, reflective discussions and creative expression to help them grow socially and emotionally, The Bridgeway Minds said in a press release.
