As part of the Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, whose aim is to make India tuberculosis-free by 2025, a corporate sponsor, Nezone Pipes and Structure NTL Steel handed over food baskets to under-treatment patients at Nongpoh Civil Hospital today.
The event was attended by the District Medical and Health Officer of Ri-Bhoi Dr TS Momin, District Tuberculosis Officer Dr E Kalwing, Medical Superintendent of Nongpoh Civil Hospital Dr NM Sangma, Director of Nezone Pipes & Structure NTL Steel Yash Agarwal and TB patients.
