Three IAS officers have been appointed as new Block Development Officers (BDOs) for Mylliem, Umsning and Gambegre.
Anendya Raajshree, Assistant Commissioner, East Khasi Hills was appointed as BDO of Mylliem Community and Rural Development Block for a period of one month with effect from the date of taking over charge.
Manish Kumar, Assistant Commissioner, Ri-Bhoi was appointed as BDO of Umsning Community and Rural Development Block for a period of one month with effect from the date of taking over charge.
Aditya Verma, Assistant Commissioner, West Garo Hills was appointed as BDO of Gamberge Community and Rural Development Block for a period of one month with effect from the date of taking over charge.
Meanwhile, MCS officer Chekame A. Sangma who is the BDO of Adokgre and Kharkutta Community & Rural Development Blocks has been relieved of her functions as BDO of Kharkutta Community & Rural Development Block.
