A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed here between NEEPCO and NBCC (India) Ltd for the development of a state-of-the-art “NEEPCO Township” at Mawdiangdiang here on a turnkey basis.
The MoU was signed in the presence of senior NEEPCO and NBCC officials.
The ambitious township project encompasses consultancy for design and drawing, along with the construction of a residential complex equipped with all necessary amenities for NEEPCO’s head office staff.
The project is expected to be completed within a timeframe of approximately 30 months, a press release informed today.
