The Meghalaya Energy Corporation Ltd (MeECL) has appointed Palei Macdonald Rymbai as the new Chairperson of the MeECL Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum.
The notification was issued yesterday but shared with the press today. Rymbai is a retired Chief Engineer.
