The Dorbar Shnong of Laban elected new office bearers for the term 2022-25. The election was held on July 23.
EL Kharwanlang was elected as Rangbah Shnong and H Marbaniang as Assistant Rangbah Shnong. The others were J Rynjah as general secretary, RL Nongpiur as joint secretary, D Syiemlieh as assistant secretary, VE Syiemlieh as social and education secretary and J Lyngwa as treasurer.
