The 38th Convocation of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will be held at its headquarters in New Delhi on March 5.
The convocation ceremony will also be held simultaneously in 39 IGNOU regional centres across the country, including Shillong.
The venue of the ceremony will be held at the conference hall of IGNOU located in the campus of the North Eastern Hill University, here, where 1093 students will be awarded degree and diploma certificates.
USTM Vice Chancellor Prof. Gauri Dutt Sharma will be the guest of honour.
