An enrolment and investiture ceremony for fresh enrols in the Bharat Scouts & Guides at Little Angels Secondary School in Jowai yesterday.
The ceremony was attended by Ohiwot Laloo, District Commissioner Scouts, West Jaiñtia Hills as chief guest, Chwadaka Laloo, District Commissioner Guides in presence of Principal of the school, E.E. Laloo, Chairman School Managing Committee Dr. Khonglah, teachers and students.
During his speech Laloo emphasised on the role of scouts and guides to help in environment preservation and protection. He reminded the students to celebrate World Environment Day everyday.
