The East Jaiñtia National Council (EJNC) constituted a unit at the Elaka Nongkhlieh to be known as EJNC, Nongkhlieh circle.
EJNC general secretary, Nangjan Dkhar and other leaders were present yesterday to confirm the circle.
Nikki Sutnga was elected as the president, Wadbor Tariang (vice president), Efficiency Phyrngap (general secretary), other office bearers, 11 executive members and 15 members.
