The Educational Centre for Social Science Research Counselling & Training (ECSSRCT) today conducted a webinar on ‘Effective Communication – Skills for Everyday Success’.
The webinar was hosted on Google Meet and live-streamed on the ECSSRCT YouTube channel.
Freelance soft skills trainer, Baiarjingmut Kharbuli, stressed on the importance of effective communication, as it promotes confidence and motivation, improves one’s performance and helps in achieving desired results and outcomes.
He also highlighted the process of communication, the different barriers of communication and how to overcome these barriers.
More than 300 students of schools and colleges in Shillong and farther afield participated in this event.
