A divisional level ‘Dak Adalat’ will be held in the office of the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Meghalaya Division, here on June 27, 2025.
The Dak Adalat will entertain grievances pertaining to postal services for its redressal from 11:30am.
Written complaints should be sent through ordinary post or Speed Post with the subject “Dak Adalat” superscribed on the cover and addressed to the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Meghalaya Division, Shillong – 793001. The complaints should contain full details like complete address and registration receipt number. For complaints about saving schemes and Postal Life Insurance, the account number, policy number and full address of the depositor or insurer should be given.
Written complaints should be sent so as to reach the office of the Senior Superintendent on or before June 26. Complaints, if any, received after this period will be redressed through the usual channels.
