The body of an unidentified male was found on Tuesday at Maibon, under Elaka Sutnga, East Jaintia Hills. The body was taken to Khliehriat Civil Hospital’s morgue for identification and claim.
An inquest, post-mortem examination and other formalities have been completed. The deceased is thought to be around 52 years old, of Bodo/Kachari descent, thin, with a swarthy complexion and of 5 feet 6 inches in height.
