There were 13 new cases of Covid-19 recorded today in Meghalaya along with nine recoveries and no fatalities.
East Khasi Hills accounted for nine new infections, Ri-Bhoi one and West Garo Hills three.
There was one recovery in East Khasi Hills and eight in West Garo Hills.
There are now 106 active Covid-19 cases in the state – East Khasi Hills 61, Eastern West Khasi Hills one, Ri-Bhoi nine, South West Garo Hills one and West Garo Hills 34.
In all, Meghalaya has had 94,016 Covid-19 cases, of which 106 are active, 92,316 have recovered and 1,594 have died from the virus. Four patients are being treated in hospital with the disease – all in Ri-Bhoi.
