Meghalaya recorded eight new cases of Covid-19 today with zero recoveries and no fatalities.
West Garo Hills recorded six infections and East Garo Hills and East Khasi Hills one each.
There are now 37 active Covid-19 cases in the state – West Garo Hills 15, Ri Bhoi 13, East Khasi Hills seven, West Jaiñtia Hills and East Garo Hills one each.
In all, Meghalaya has had 93, 913 Covid-19 cases, of which 29 are active, 92,282 have recovered and 1,594 have died from the virus.
