Meghalaya recorded five new cases of Covid-19 today along with 15 recoveries and no fatalities.
East Khasi Hills recorded four new cases, with one in East Jaintia Hills.
East Khasi Hills also accounted for 13 recoveries, West Garo Hills one and West Jaintia Hills one.
There are now 77 active Covid-19 cases in the state. East Khasi Hills alone accounts for 55 active cases, Ri-Bhoi seven, East Garo Hills six, West Garo Hills four, East Jaintia Hills two, West Jaintia Hills one, South West Khasi Hills one, North Garo Hills one, South Garo Hills zero, South West Garo Hills zero and West Khasi Hills zero.
In all, Meghalaya has had 84,768 Covid-19 cases, of which 77 are active, 83,210 have recovered and 1,481 have died from the virus.
