There were 15 new cases of Covid-19 recorded in Meghalaya today, along with 31 recoveries and no fatalities.
There were seven new infections in East Khasi Hills, four in Ri-Bhoi, three in West Garo Hills and one in West Jaiñtia Hills.
Twenty seven recoveries were in East Khasi Hills, two in Ri Bhoi and one each in Eastern West Khasi Hills and West Garo Hills.
There are now 82 active Covid-19 cases in the state – East Khasi Hills 41, 24 West Garo Hills, 13 Ri Bhoi, West Jaiñtia Hills three and South West Garo Hills one.
In all, Meghalaya has had 94,093 Covid-19 cases, 92, 416 have recovered and 1,595 have died from the virus. Eleven patients are being treated in hospital with the disease – nine in East Khasi Hills and two in Ri-Bhoi.
