Thieves managed to break into the St. John’s Secondary School, Jyntru in Ri Bhoi district and decamped with computers and projectors.
According to police, the incident was detected by the cleaner of the school this morning who then informed the school authorities.
Principal of the school, Veronica Santi Warjri said the stolen goods were valued at Rs 3.56 lakh.
A FIR was lodged by the school at Nongpoh police outpost and investigation is on.
