The Hynñiewtrep Integrated Territorial Organisation (HITO) will conduct an awareness programme and car rally here tomorrow from 12 noon to highlight “electoral transparency”.
Stating that the car rally would enlighten the people on the importance to vote for good governance, the HITO said that the awareness programme will be held Motphran while the car rally will start from Lad Smit and traverse through Laitkor, Madanriting, Fire Brigade Point, St Edmund’s School, Dhankheti, Civil Hospital Point, Boucher Road, Grand Hotel Point and conclude at Motphran.
