BSF Meghalaya nabbed a Bangladeshi national with 5600 kgs of sugar worth over Rs 2 lakh while attempting to cross the international border illegally from India to Bangladesh.
Acting on specific info, a special ambush party of the BSF apprehended the 17-year old boy a resident of Dibirhor under Sylhet district in Bangladesh.
The BSF said the minor along with the seized sugar was handed over to the police in Muktapur, West Jaintia Hills district.
