Inspector General Pradip Kumar of the Border Security Force (BSF) Meghalaya, met new Governor Phagu Chauhan today to appraise the latter of the border security-related issues in the state.
Kumar called on the Governor at Raj Bhavan and during the visit also focused on the role that the BSF plays in maintaining the sanctity of the international border, foiling trans-border crimes and also in creating a sense of security among the Indo-Bangla border population.
