The Meghalaya BJP served a show-cause notice to its new GHADC MDC Pramod Koch on Thursday for “blatantly violating party discipline.”
State BJP president Ernest Mawrie said Koch was sent the show-cause notice for unitarily aligning with and supporting the NPP led EC in the GHADC and also going public on social media in expressing his views contrary of the party’s decision, not to align with the NPP.
Mawrie also said, “His conduct tantamount to serious breach of party discipline falling under the ambit of the disciplinary rules of the party.”
Koch has been asked to give a reply within ten days.
