Two auto-rickshaws were set on fire by unknown people at Matnum village in Ri Bhoi district.
The incident occurred at around 2 am on Tuesday morning at an auto parking area.
One of the auto-rickshaws that belonged to Robertson Marwein was completely destroyed while another owned by Xavier Thabah was let partially burnt.
The owner suspects that the act was deliberate.
