Another FIR has been lodged against persons involved in the murder of a tourist taxi driver by the Kharbani clan, Pathew Eastern West Khasi Hills district.
Macborn Bonnyson Kharbani, tourist taxi driver was stabbed to death allegedly by four men at Kynroh taxi stand in Nongstoiñ on March 3 at around 12:15 pm.
Soon after the incident the family had lodged an FIR leading to the arrest of one suspect identified as Medius Mawlot of Mawkaton.
The clan today represented by S Kitbok Kharbani filed another FIR and said more persons are involved in the crime. The clan claims to have phone call records of the people involved in the murder, but has not named them.
The Kharbani clan has urged people who witnessed the incident to come forward and help the police nab the culprits and end such criminal acts in the future.
