The Deputy Commissioner and Chairman of the Chief Minister’s Youth Development Scheme for West Jaiñtia Hills has informed that applications from registered organisations in the district are invited for financial assistance for 2022-23.
The scheme is open to registered societies and cooperatives, voluntary organisations, sports, youth, cultural clubs and associations, socio-cultural clubs, alumni associations, community level youth institutions, organisations and groups and registered sports associations and entities.
Activities and programmes that are eligible include the organisation of district level youth festivals, cleanliness drives, workshops and seminars, industry-specific exposure trips, youth career counselling fairs, sports events and tournaments, etc.
Applications should be submitted with valid registration certificates, first page of the organisation’s bank passbook (including IFSC code) and detailed estimate. Applications should be submitted by April 30, 2023.
