AITC MLA, Dikkanchi D Shira today visited the flood-affected areas of her constituency in Mahendraganj.
Shira visited Lukaichar and Kalaichar in South West Garo Hills and took stock of the ground situation and spoke to the flood-affected people with an assurance that adequate help will be sought from the government.
Meanwhile, MDC of Damas, Pardinand D Shira distributed tarpaulin sheets in rain-affected areas of New Sarangma village under Mendipathar constituency.
