Taking note of the villages that were badly affected by a hailstorm on February 25, Jiran MLA Sosthenes Sohtun today tributed 160 bundles of metal roofing sheets to more than 80 households in three villages within his constituency.
The villages that were badly affected are Warmawsaw, Nongdom and Mawdem. THe roofing material was purchased through the Special Rural Works Programme (SRWP).
