The Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA) organised the World Photography Day Competition from August 7 to 19.
The prizes to the four winners of the competition were presented yesterday at the MBMA office here by Sampath Kumar, Principal Secretary and Project Director, Meghalaya Community Led Landscape Management Project (CLLMP).
The aim of the competition is to raise awareness on the growing natural resource degradation in the State and the urgent need for action to conserve these valuable resources and ensure a sustainable future for current and future generations.
