The Patanjali Yog Samiti & Bharat Swabhiman Trust, of all the Northeastern states came together to form a common platform for the yoga lovers and organised a virtual co-teacher training camp for hundred days.
The sessions include practical and theory where presentation of varied cultural diversity of the North-eastern state is being exhibited and young talents are honoured.
Yog teacher from Meghalaya Yog Samiti, Manik Paul represented Meghalaya yesterday. All together 25 participants are taking part on the ongoing training camp hosted by Assam.
