Cadet Bikash Debnath of 13 Tripura Battalion National Cadet Corps, Agartala, earned the honour of leading the North East Region NCC contingent during the Annual PM Rally held at Cariappa Parade Ground, New Delhi, today.
A second year student of Swami Vivekanand Mahavidyalay, Mohanpur (West Tripura), Bikash happens to be the lone representative of the NCC from Tripura to attend the Republic Day Camp 2021 and to earn this distinction.
