Shillong, Dec 7: Kingshok K Borah, Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Star Cement, Lumshnong, recently visited Tuber Kmaishnong village in East Jaintia Hills where he lauded the local Dorbar Shnong for its efforts in maintaining cleanliness.
The visit was part of Star Cement’s CSR campaign to eliminate plastic pollution, which included collecting and burning plastic waste at the company’s Lumshnong cement factory.
