Shillong, Aug 8: As is traditional, Shillong’s Raj Bhavan will be kept open for the general public on August 14 and August 15 (Independence Day) from 3:30pm to 7:30pm. This was informed by the Joint Secretary to the Governor of Meghalaya in a release today.
