Shillong, Sep 20: The Meghalaya Pradesh Youth Congress (MPYC) felicitated the newly appointed office bearers of the West Jaintia Hills District Youth Congress in Jowai.
The programme was held in the presence of MPCC president Vincent H Pala. The newly constituted DYC will function under the leadership of Rishot Thubru as president.
The programme was also attended by Amwi-Khliehtyrshi MDC Madonbai Rymbai along with office bearers of the West Jaintia Hills DCC, different BCCs and Mahila Congress.
The new team includes Leo Samati as vice-president, Joe Dickinson Siangshai as general secretary and MP Richard Lakiang as assistant general secretary.
